A diagnostic takes three weeks. A first automation is usually live within nine weeks of kickoff, and larger programmes run four to eighteen months.
Do you replace our existing systems?
Rarely. We integrate with your terminal operating system, ERP, maintenance and fleet tools, and only recommend replacement when it clearly pays back.
How do you handle safety-critical operations?
Anything touching safety stays behind human approval and follows your management-of-change process. Every automated action is logged and auditable.
Where do you work?
